Shipping Within Australia:

Don't Tell Boutique uses Australia Post Express Shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, postage for metro areas is 1-3 business days, and 3-6 for rural areas. 

Products Missing From An Order:

Should for any reason there be a missing product from your order please contact donttellboutique@gmail.com or call the shop on (07) 3255 0177 immediately - have your order number ready when you call so that we can investigate the mistake. 

Processing Of Orders:

We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland.

Once you have been through the check out you will receive a confirmation email of your order. You will also receive an email when your item has been shipped along with an Aus Post tracking number. 

 

Purchase & Shipping Terms:

Please read our purchase terms & conditions so that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products from our web store. Your purchase from the store signifies that you have read and fully understood these conditions. 

Purchases:

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Don't Tell is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Payment:

Don't Tell Boutique accept payments from Visa/Mastercard. Once your order has been processed you will receive a receipt in your email. 

Lay-By Terms And Conditions:

When a lay-by is placed at Don’t Tell Boutique a 30% deposit is required at time of purchase. The remaining amount must be paid within a 3-month timeframe from the date of the initial purchase.

If the remaining payments have not been paid within the 3-month timeframe and a lay-by extension has not been communicated, the items will be placed off hold. If you are struggling to pay off the layby contact the store for an extension.

If the customer would like to cancel the layby agreement, they will be offered a store credit for the amount already paid or offered to exchange the item on layby for another store item. No refunds.
